Some clients are willing to buy
remotely. This page is intended to explain the proper
procedure. However, we recommend that if you cannot personally
visit Le Mirage de Malate, we encourage you to send a
representative (family or friend) to visit us.
For those willing to buy
remotely, the following steps will be taken :
1.
Select the unit you want
to purchase. Please click HERE to look at list of available
units. Use your back button to return after selecting a unit.
2.
After which, select your
preferred method of financing. Please click
HERE to see
in-house financing scheme options, then use your back button
to return here. There are no pre-qualification requirements
for in-house
financing.
3.
Please e-mail us your
preferred Unit Number and method of financing. We will then
send you an e-mail detailing the payment schedule.
4.
As soon as you confirm
your intent to purchase, we will send you our complete bank
details. We will then require a reservation deposit of
Philippine Peso 50,000.00 (approximately US$ 1,000.00) Simply
visit your own bank and ask them to remit your payment to our
account. After which, fax us a copy of the confirmed bank
receipt or if you prefer, e-mail us a scanned copy of the bank
receipt.
5.
Upon receipt of the bank
confirmation, we will send you 4 copies of the Reservation
and Offer to Purchase Contract (for your signature) by
mail. After signing, kindly return to us 3 copies of the duly
signed contract. We will then mark your unit as sold and
price is fixed at this point. Please ensure you provide us the
following personal information .

6.
Please note, if making
installment payments, these can be sent via your bank similar
to the reservation deposit. However, if you have a bank
account in the Philippines, we can accept post-dated cheques.
When 10% of your unit has been paid, we will send you the
Contract of Sale via courier, which you must sign and return
immediately.
